What’s so special about Casalbertone? Hostesses and stewards, accompanied by the Centre’s new Bertone mascot aroused interest by inviting people to demonstrate their knowledge of the local area through a brief interview or by telling a story or joke. An informative flyer was also distributed. The funniest gags were then uploaded to the Centre’s social channels with the hashtag #seidicasalbertonese (You’re from Casalbertone).

This project used different web tools synergically to communicate the Centre’s key values through Bertone its new mascot. He keeps customers up to date with all the latest news and events at the Centre by sharing fun contents and info and stimulating interaction. This initiative succeeded in consolidating and reinforcing the Centre’s close ties with the local area and catchment districts in a way that was fun and stimulated loyalty.
